What data we hold

Your name and phone number (from orders placed)
Delivery addresses you have provided
Order history and payment records
WhatsApp conversation history (if you messaged us)

How to request deletion

Choose one of the following options:

Option A — WhatsApp (fastest)

Message us on WhatsApp

We will process your request within 48 hours

Option B — Instagram DM

Message on Instagram

Send us a DM with your phone number and request

What happens after your request

We will delete your name, phone, and address from our system
Order records may be retained for up to 90 days for accounting purposes
Payment records are retained as required by Kenyan financial regulations
You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp once deletion is complete

Note: Deleting your data will not affect any pending or recent orders. If you have an active meal plan subscription, please cancel it before requesting data deletion.
