Service description

The B&B Restaurant & Lounge website (www.bb-restaurant.com) allows customers to browse the menu, place orders online, and pay via M-Pesa. This service is operated by Balancee Tech Solutions Ltd on behalf of B&B Restaurant & Lounge, Nairobi, Kenya.

Ordering & payment

• Orders placed online are confirmed upon successful M-Pesa payment
• STK Push is sent to the phone number provided at checkout
• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed
• Refunds are at the discretion of B&B Restaurant & Lounge
• Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include all applicable charges

Delivery

• Delivery is available within Nairobi
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Customer must be available to receive the order at the address provided
• B&B Restaurant is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses

Meal plans

• Meal plan subscriptions are prepaid
• Plans auto-renew unless cancelled 48 hours before the next billing date
• Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp to +254 141 771 741

Acceptable use

• Users must provide accurate contact and delivery information
• Fraudulent orders will be reported to relevant authorities
• We reserve the right to refuse service

Intellectual property

• All content on this website belongs to B&B Restaurant & Lounge
• Menu images, branding, and copy may not be reproduced without permission

Limitation of liability

• B&B Restaurant & Lounge is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this service
• Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed
